Getting "Could not authorize credentials"?
Reset your password - you’ll be sent back to Etsy automatically. Log in again and the extension will work.
Seeing "Email Not Found" when you sign in?
Create a new account. If you’re on the Growth or Business plan, use the same email your EverBee invoices go to.
Product Analytics stuck spinning?
Check your account to confirm Etsy is connected, then refresh the page on Etsy and try again.
